The Elite is a 32mm brushed brass cabinet knob for white Shaker kitchens — a single warm point of contact on the door panel. Knobs and bar pulls solve the same problem differently: a kitchen of bar pulls reads as a continuous grid of horizontal lines; a kitchen of knobs reads as a constellation of points distributed across the cabinet faces.
This visual difference is a fundamental design decision. A Shaker kitchen with 32 cabinet doors anchored by 8 base drawer fronts has 40 hardware touchpoints across the run. With knobs on the doors, the eye reads 32 small warm dots across the upper and base zones, anchored by the horizontal lines of the drawer pulls below — the Shaker mixed-form convention. With bar pulls on everything, the same kitchen reads as a single horizontal grid. Neither is wrong; they are different visual programs.
Solid brass with hand-applied brushed finish and protective lacquer. The cross-grain brushing wraps the entire rounded knob surface — visible from the front, side, and at the downward angle of a cook looking at a base cabinet door from counter height. Lacquer-sealed against kitchen humidity and oil contact for years of consistent satin character.
