Archandles is committed to making our website accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA — the international standard for digital accessibility.

### What we've done

Our store is built on Shopify, which provides a strong accessibility foundation:

- Semantic HTML structure throughout the site
- Keyboard navigation support across all pages and checkout
- Alt text on product photography and informational images
- Sufficient color contrast on text and interface elements
- Form labels compatible with screen readers
- Skip-navigation links for screen reader users

### Known limitations

We're a small team and our accessibility work is ongoing. Areas we're working to improve:

- Some product photography may have generic alt text rather than detailed descriptions
- Video content (when added) does not yet include captions
- Third-party widgets (live chat, payment processors) may have accessibility limitations beyond our direct control
