Trade & Designers
ARCHANDLES works with interior designers, architects, kitchen and bath designers, and design-build firms on residential and select hospitality projects across the United States. The trade program is built around specification accuracy, material verification, and project coordination rather than blanket discounts.
What the Trade Program Includes
Trade pricing scales with project size. Single-residence specifications, multi-unit projects, and hospitality specifications each receive distinct pricing structures based on quantity and finish family.
Specification sheets are available as downloadable PDF for every active SKU. Each sheet includes precise dimensions, hole spacing (C/C), projection, material composition, surface treatment, and recommended cabinet color pairings.
Material samples ship within 5 business days from the US warehouse. Finish samples are representative plates of the actual surface finish; wood-mix samples include the brass element separately. Samples are returnable but typically retained for designer libraries.
Project-level coordination for spec packages of significant size. We hold lead times, confirm inventory across finishes before specification lock, and flag any backordered SKUs before they reach contractor purchasing.
Direct specification line — a dedicated email thread per project, not a ticketing system. Response within one business day, US morning delivery for next-day clarity.
Who Qualifies
The trade program is open to:
- Licensed interior designers (state-registered, NCIDQ, or ASID accredited)
- Registered architects (AIA or state licensed)
- Kitchen and bath designers (NKBA certified)
- Design-build firms and general contractors with a verifiable design practice
- Hospitality and multi-family developers with completed reference projects
Self-employed designers and recent graduates with a portfolio of completed residential work are evaluated case-by-case.
