The Aurum is a 3" brushed brass cup pull built for white Shaker kitchen drawers — the only curved element in an otherwise entirely rectilinear cabinet vocabulary. Shaker cabinetry is built from straight lines: stile, rail, flat panel, square edge. The cup pull adds the single curved profile that the room would otherwise lack until the pendant lighting.
That curve is functional as well as visual. At 3" hole centers on an 18" to 24" base drawer, the fingers curl into the bowl on every opening — the grip distributes across the curved interior surface rather than concentrating on a narrow bar edge, which changes how the drawer feels in use across a full cooking session. On white Shaker, the brushed brass cup also introduces the kitchen's warm material counterpoint at the drawer zone, where the cabinet door bar pulls carry the same warmth across the upper run.
Solid brass with hand-applied brushed finish and protective lacquer. The cup requires consistent brushed grain across both the outer lip and the inner bowl — the interior takes direct hand contact on every pull, and a flat or uneven inside surface would show wear within months. Cross-grain brushing on both surfaces holds the satin character through years of daily kitchen contact.
