The Frame is the 7.5" brushed brass bar pull for kitchen islands — the length at which a pull crosses from detail to framing element. Below this size the hardware sits on the drawer as an accessory; at 192mm hole centers it occupies enough of the face that the eye reads drawer and pull as a single designed unit. The 7.5" is the size where that shift happens, which is its specific job in the island lineup.
The mechanism is proportional, and it is worth being precise about. On a standard island drawer front of 26" to 32", a pull at 192mm centers spans roughly a quarter to a third of the width. That band is where the hardware stops looking like an add-on and starts reading as the horizontal that organizes the drawer face — wide enough to register as structure, not so wide that it overwhelms the panel. Drop below it and the pull floats; push past it and the proportion tips into statement territory. The Frame sits at the balance point on a mid-width island drawer.
Solid brass alloy runs the full 7.5" span — no chrome underlayer, no lacquer over-coat — so the brushed grain holds an even warm tone from hole to hole, and against a navy or deep-saturated island face that warm line is the room's clearest brass note. Being unlacquered, the surface will develop a light patina with handling over the years; on this size that simply deepens the framing line the pull already draws.
