The Cap is the 5" brushed nickel bar pull for wider primary and double-vanity drawer fronts on white Shaker bath cabinetry — the size whose real job is repetition. A double vanity is built on symmetry: two basins, two mirrors, two drawer stacks mirrored across a center line. The hardware either reinforces that symmetry or quietly breaks it, and at 5" the pull is long enough to register as a deliberate horizontal on each drawer, so a matched pair reads as a rhythm across the vanity rather than as two separate pieces of hardware that happen to match.
That rhythm depends on each pull looking identical to its twin from across the room — and this is where a north-window/south-window bathroom catches out the wrong finish. When one basin sits under a cool north light and the other under warmer south light, a finish with a tonal lean will photograph and read warmer on one side than the other, quietly snapping the symmetry. Brushed nickel carries no such lean, so the left pull and the right pull hold the same value under two different lights — the mirrored pair stays mirrored, which is the entire point of specifying them as a pair. The repeated identical horizontal is the design move; the finish simply lets it survive the room's lighting.
The 128mm center-to-center fits primary bath storage drawers in the 20" to 24" range. Solid brass core with a brushed nickel PVD surface, stable through bath humidity without the cloudy pinhole degradation plated nickel can develop.
